Providing excellent customer service, for both suppliers and client buyers, is the cornerstone of our company ethos. Unlike many other SSIP member schemes, we do not believe in charging additional fees for support and guidance through the assessment process; our friendly and approachable administration team can be contacted via telephone and email at any time for help in using our Portal, and for any technical queries our Assessors are always happy to speak to suppliers and explain the requirements of individual modules.

Due to our vast experience in supply chain management and assessment services we are able to offer a wide range of services to client buyers and suppliers, including services bespoke to clients which are not offered by other SSIP member schemes. Our flexibility and adaptability means that many clients rely on us to manage their supply chain compliance and meet their regularly changing business needs, ensuring this is communicated to their suppliers in a timely, efficient and sensitive manner. All CQMS buyers have access into the Portal free of charge to verify the status of their suppliers 24/7.
